CNN lavishes praise on Milwaukee

Former Milwaukeean and current Budget Travel writer Ted Loos wrote a glowing story that appeared May 16, 2006 on CNN.com about the numerous changes that have taken place in his hometown.  The lengthy piece provides substantial praise on what has taken place with Milwaukee.  Be sure to checkout the comparison with New York City and Paris.

Mr. Loos and two of his high school friends returned to Milwaukee and were “pleasantly surprised by the results of that can-do (Milwaukee) spirit.”  Dare we say it but Milwaukee may actually be moving from “dorky” to “cool.”
